She covers her fail-proof tips to make sure she is eating enough throughout the week and some of the pitfalls women typically find themselves in when it comes to RED-S, nutrition and training. This includes a bit about hormone balance, why we see high levels of hypothyroidism, particularly in women, and why low calorie diets are detrimental to women's health. Plus, of course, so many tips on how you can avoid these challenges and thrive. Kirstin also tells the story of her first half Ironman including some of the successes and unexpected challenges she faced. Things she wished she had known then and other tips that she learned and knows now that she's sharing with you.
