Episode #11 brings us something completely new - a solocast! We've often heard that the best investment you can make is in yourself, and I believe that is absolutely true. The best investment that I made was 10 years ago when I purchased a three ring binder, paper, and pen to do something that I had never done before: write down my goals. This is my best investment because this simple practice of writing goals down is what laid the foundation for what I have earned today and will continue to earn in the future. Simply put, I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for this fundamental practice that I employed and I only wish that I knew about its power when I was younger.
It was a blast to begin sharing my playbook and talking about what goal setting has done for me and what it may do for your life. Goal setting has given me three things that I would not trade for anything else:

• Focus
• Drive
• Direction
