Good morning, Washington DC! I'm your weather host, bringing you the scoop on what Mother Nature has in store.
Let's start with today - we've got a gorgeous sunny day ahead with temperatures climbing to a crisp 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Those light and variable winds will keep things calm and pleasant.
Tonight, expect a mostly clear sky with temperatures dipping down to a chilly 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Perfect for snuggling up with a warm beverage!
Tuesday is looking like a real treat - we're talking partly sunny skies and temperatures soaring to a delightful 61 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds will be playful, starting light and then picking up to around 5 to 10 miles per hour, with some gusts possibly reaching up to 20 miles per hour.
But hold onto your umbrellas, because Tuesday night brings a 50 percent chance of showers after 1 am. Temperatures will hover around 50 degrees Fahrenheit with south winds dancing between 6 to 9 miles per hour.
Wednesday is going to be a wet one, folks! Expect showers and possible thunderstorms after 1 pm, with temperatures climbing to 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Those winds will be quite active, blowing between 10 to 18 miles per hour with gusts up to 34 miles per hour.
The rest of the week looks like a mix of sun and clouds, with temperatures ranging from the mid forties to low sixties. Saturday night might bring a slight chance of rain, so keep those raincoats handy.
