Good morning, Washington! Here's your weather update for today.
Get ready for a stunning day ahead. We're looking at a gorgeous sunny forecast with temperatures climbing to a delightful 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Those light winds will start dancing from the northwest at about 5 to 7 miles per hour, making it a perfect day to step outside and soak up some sunshine.
As we roll into tonight, things get a bit more interesting. We might see some isolated showers after 4 in the morning, with clouds slowly creeping in. Temperatures will cool down to around 48 degrees Fahrenheit, and we'll have a gentle southeast wind hanging around at about 7 miles per hour. There's just a tiny 20 percent chance of precipitation, so don't panic about those potential showers.
Thursday brings a bit more excitement with scattered showers likely between 7 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. Expect cloudy skies and another mild day reaching near 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds will be playing musical chairs, starting from the south and then switching to the west in the afternoon. They might gust up to 21 miles per hour, so maybe hold onto your hat!
