Johanna Troelsch is a licensed clinical social worker and a certified yoga teacher. She has been a clinical therapist for the last decade serving clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and past trauma. Johanna is passionate about working with others and allows her interests in yoga, meditation & mindfulness to immesh in her practice and aid clients in a unique way. Beyond therapy, Johanna offers a lot of techniques and methods with breathing (pregnancy, labor & delivery, & postpartum) to help with all the things that arise as a parent (& arise double as a twin parent!) Johanna and her husband are busy in a beautiful way with their three SONshines (twin four-year-olds and a one-year-old). They reside in Pennsylvania. You can find Johanna at plantingpeacetherapy.com.
