In 2009, Christine Billis was in a horrible car accident with her husband, Charles Billis. While Christine walked away nearly unscathed, Charles had to be extricated from the car and then died shortly upon arrival to the hospital. The car crash was quickly written off as Christine having an illness related blackout, which she easily accepted.
