On today’s podcast we have Dr Calvin Sun. Calvin has travelled to over 190 countries in the past 10 years whilst also completing medical school and residency. He has an organisation, the Monsoon Diaries that leads everyday travellers around the world on memorable adventures. He is the author of the book, ‘The Monsoon Diaries’.

What I personally love about this conversation is Calvin’s depth of insight from travelling. This rare mix of both a medical mind and spiritual soul brings a beautiful entanglement of knowledge and inner knowing. We speak on the theme of freedom and Calvin shares this idea that, ‘What is freedom but to do what you want as an anonymous stranger’ which really spoke to me and my pull, particularly in my 20s having travelled to almost 50 countries, towards self-exploration and expression. We speak to the beauty in the experience of things not lasting forever and the importance of synchronicities in life; temporary entanglements; messages we believe are telling you that you are indeed on the right path.
