Ever heard of the term Mother-care? I hadn't either, but Dayna Kurtz came up with this catching term after becoming a mother herself and realizing that motherhood wasn't always so easy! There's so many other types of care out there but where was it for moms!

In this episode we talk about how to be a happy and healthy mom. How to empower ourselves and recalibrate our expectations for ourselves. This one is for you mamas!

Questions Asked in This Episode:

1. Brief background of who you are and what you do

2. What got you into this space, did you see a need then start this venture?

3. What are 1-2 things moms can do daily to keep their sanity and peace?

4. What do you typically see moms having the hardest time with?

5. For working moms, what's your advice to balance work and children?

6. Did you want to stay at home with your son or go back to work? Mom guilt?
