This comes as the Antioch City Council just approved turning the Executive Inn into a homeless hotel. Becker, who has been advocating for shelter and services for homeless, discusses his journey the past two years, we talk solutions, future opportunities and we get into the Delta Fair proposal and in Contra Costa County. In this episode, we do find common ground on the issue of homelessness.
