How do we curve them? How should we deal with them? Megan is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer who graduated from Purdue University. She works as an online dietitian and personal trainer with Revolution Health & Fitness (@revolution_healthandfitness) to help empower women to stop dieting and start living again by focusing less on restriction and more on finding what healthy looks like for you as an individual. She loves her peanut butter and red wine (not together of course) and in her free time you can find her walking her dog Lucy, spending time in the sunshine, and baking usually banana bread.
