The message for today is about love. And love will carry you through all difficult times if you stay focused in your heart on the energy of love. The energy of love is like a white light. That funnel of energy that comes from the divine is expansive and immense. It is all around us, but in our hearts, we can create a pinpoint of energy if we focus on it. The white light fills our hearts with love and washes away fear. When you experience fear, you close the door to love. Love is the antidote to fear. So when you find yourself in a moment of fear or an experience or a belief pattern involving fear, breathe, connect to yourself and ask the universe for support. In what way can you expand your consciousness and allow a being greater than your own awareness come through and support you in releasing this fear, sending it back to wherever it came from. Let's contemplate the ways that we give away our power.
