What is up everyone! We are back again with an awesome guest who is a young gun in the game of slinging mortgages. We interviewed Eric Braun of Contour Mortgage out of Garden City, NY. Eric is a young man who's on a mission to be the biggest mortgage broker in the industry. We start off the podcast talking about Eric's journey coming into an industry that's full of older and well established professionals. He worked tirelessly around the clock to make something of himself, educating him on the in's and out's of the industry. Today, he does very well for himself and is extremely respected amongst his peers. We then dove into the sexy subject of social media and how Eric has created a presence for himself on today's biggest platform, Instagram. Known as "NotYourAverageLender", Eric walks us through his creative process in coming up with content for his followers that will help further his success in the mortgage space. To close the podcast out, we discuss his creative networking brewery event, dubbed "Brew-Re" to reference the real estate industry. We also touch on some macro economic key points in where the market has been the past 18 months with regards to interest rates, and where we believe they're headed in the near future.
