Too many of us as coaches attach our emotions to the business to a point it continually consumes us. It negatively effects our confidence, mood and how we are around others to a point we feel it brings us far away from reality of what is actually important.

The industry is creeping towards judging success on revenue alone yet coaches have never been more lost, burnt out and lacking in confidence due to the constant battle of comparison and what success looks like to others.
