Kat is a mama of one from Western Australia.

She had yearned to be a mother for years before conceiving her son Rafi.

Because of this yearning she intentionally chose every aspect of the journey into parenthood, starting before her son was even conceived, then into conscious conception, pregnancy, home birth and intentional postpartum.

Before Kat became a mother, she was a relationship coach with her husband Tully running couples retreats & online programs. Now she mothers, writes and works on creative projects.

Kat is a huge advocate for conscious creation and creating opportunities for choice within motherhood.
