The 8 Warriors was born when its inspirational founder Melinda was introduced to Muay Thai and it changed her life. After one session of Muay Thai Melinda swapped her Yoga mat for Boxing gloves, falling head over heels in love with this traditional martial art. But along the way she discovered Muay Thai is not just a sport, it is a community, it's a way of life and it's deeply liberating.

Inspired by the communities where we live and train, inspired by the women in those communities; we are here to give back through community programs, Muay Ying sponsorships, and more.
