Good leaders have inner peace and know how to share that. That the ability to hold two opposing views in their head at the same time and still function is an essential skill. The way that people insist that the world is binary is a danger for public discourse. It reduces the ability to seek real and pragmatic solutions to the challenges we are facing.

Judith and Aryeh ponder whether the the problem with making ethical decisions is because more individuals are participating in binary thinking?
