Bio: Rebecca Smith is Vice President of Talent Acquisition at MGM Resorts. She has worked for MGM Resorts for 14 years and in human resources for over 20 years. Her experience includes labor & employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and learning & development. She has a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a dual specialization in Leadership Coaching from Cappella University and holds senior certifications in Human Resources from both the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management. Rebecca is also a proud Air Force Veteran.
