YouTube, Facebook, & Twitter are NOT platforms, they prove every day that they are publishers engaged in the editorial decisions. Their actions are blatantly illegal as they violate laws against consumer fraud making billions a year defrauding you with false claims of being a platform. Even more disturbing is that these companies are colluding with the Government acting as agents of the Government to do an end-run around the 1st Amendment to suppress free speech and information as they promote propaganda.

All you have to do is take a look at these company's community guidelines and more specifically what changes they make and when and you can easily prove direct coordination with elected Democrats in the House, Senate, and the Biden Administration. They no longer have the pretense of being private companies, they are deputized Government agents with a mission to suppress our constitutional rights. Their editorial decision is nakedly based on political opinions. Your opinion disagrees with leftist views, your get censored.

Among other illegal activities, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter are engaged in slander (Libel) with every fact-check they place on anyone's post. These so-called fact-checks are rarely relevant to what you post, are not actual fact-checks but opinion articles, and turn out to be wrong most of the time.

The question that needs to be addressed is if to file the lawsuits now or wait for the results of Trump's lawsuit. There is pros and cons to both.
