Mr. Saul is an internationally renowned food and social justice activist who currently serves as President and CEO of Community Food Centres Canada. He’s an Officer of the Order of Canada, and last May he was elected Chancellor of Victoria University at the University of Toronto. We’re going to talk about the issue of food insecurity. What is it? How prevalent is it? Why does it even exist in Canada? And how can we put an end to it?
