It was just such a compelling interview. Nicki, she's so interesting. I'm left pondering this idea of whether or not leaders can have bad days. I think one of the things that we bring to organizations as leaders is that bright-eyed bushy-tailed energy not all the time and not in a cloying way, and not in a fake way.

There's some authenticity around it all but I do think being able to walk past some of the bullshit and just be in the possible. Like the positive and the possible for our staff is something that we can do powerfully as leaders.

I'm curious as to where you think you cross that line. Where your authenticity steps a little too much into whining. Or where you do a great job of holding that positivity of being solutions-oriented, of walking past the trouble, and sort of holding a beacon for your staff.
