For some families who have lost a loved one and that family member LOVED Disney , going back to Walt Disney World, Disneyland or sailing on the Disney Cruise can be very painful, and very emotional. Some families refuse to head back to the place of MAGIC because the memories are just too intense.
Monica truly understands this block and shares her families memories and discusses how she slowly introduced revisiting the parks back into her life while honoring her youngest son Tony. Never expecting out of both her and her family's grief, Monica discusses how she started another Podcast and FB Group titled the "The Dash!" for parents/siblings and others who are experiencing the pain of losing a child that has grown to encompassing members who have lost a spouse or a friend.
