In today's episode, we have Deep who is a first-generation American with Punjabi ancestry. He has been influenced by his heritage including yoga, Sikhism, and Islam. His work is rooted in establishing a balance between the practical and the mystical. He has studied yoga, ashtanga vinyasa, yoga nidra and teaches it as well.
