This week's guest is Peggy Martinus, VP of Sales & Marketing at Magenium Solutions - an organization focused on Microsoft-centered services and solutions that allows companies to increase revenue, reduce risk, and decrease costs. Peggy is a tenured leader with over twenty-five years of experience in IT and is an instrumental part of Magenium's partnership with Microsoft. She offers deep insight across all aspects of the business relationship and has helped grow the organization over the past ten years.

In today's episode, we talk about Peggy's career journey and how she found herself at Magenium. With a degree in Computer Science, Peggy found herself in coding right out of college, which eventually led her to the business side of IT. Peggy eventually grew within the business side of IT, which ultimately led her to a leadership position within Magenium. We also discuss how women can better advocate for themselves and negotiate their way into a more equal and deserving world.
