Maria Pelipas is a seasoned program manager with innovation experience across biotech strategy consulting, partnership management, startup accelerators, investment funds and innovation agencies. Medtech Actuator has a number of programmes, like their twelve-month accelerator, which is like a mini commercialisation MBA for first-time or early-stage founders. For this episode, Pete and Maria discuss trends in health tech and medtech over the past few years, raising capital, what medtech founders face today and the process of taking an innovation from research to commercialisation and beyond.
