Moms have all the feels when it comes to their kids. We don't always know how to identify our emotions let alone work through them. Guilt, Rage, Anger, Loneliness, Frustration, Comparison, Judgement, Trauma, Pain. We're also in the busiest season of our lives and all of a sudden we get triggered to deal with a pain of the past while parenting our own kids. What do we do? Stuff it down?
Let it all come out? Respond in ways we wish we hadn't to our own kids, perpetuating the negative family patterns.
