CD is a transformational coach with 34 Coaching. He was a "revamp specialist" for many Hospitality organisations. Being part of many pre-openings, building organisational culture is innate to him. We speak with him about how organisational culture is important and how we diagnose your culture's health. There are some insightful and refreshing ideas and strategies we can improve in our actions towards our vision and some techniques and ideas we can take a leaf from coaching. We also explored how coaching can help an organisation grow and strengthen from the inside so that we can flourish.
