Guest Aris Makris, owner and Master Instructor of Armak Spartan Pankration Academy in Laval, Quebec, Canada with the rank of PEDOTRIVIS "Delta" taxis joins Evan for a discussion on the first version of Mixed Marital Arts (MMA), the ancient Greek art of Pankration. With 41 years of training in martial arts Aris have been teaching Pankration in Montreal, Canada and seminars abroad for over 20 years as well as working as a bodyguard and doorman in real world violent situations. After a discussion about Pankration the two talk how the training principles and lessons can be applied to OCR.
