Melting Pots, Back Inside, and Will and Jada Get Real.

Fresh off my birthday week, I've been doing a lot of reflecting on just how far we've come, and how much further we may have to go, to create real diversity - whether it's in our day to day interactions, at work or with strangers, how we think about ourselves and others even in our personal and familial relationships, how we talk to our children about race, diversion, and inclusion - in a world of completely unique people.

My favorite couple, Will and Jada, are back in the news and bring up the very real question of; What does commitment in a relationship actually look like, and how easy is it to forgive after a partner's indescretion?

I'm giving some insight from my own previous relationships, good and bad, and you might be surprised at some of my answers to those questions.

Tune into this week's episode as I enjoy some leftover cake, sip some tea on the state of freedom in relationships, and mull over the concepts of acceptance, freedom and, honesty in relationships. .
