I'm sure that it's been a long day for you, but before you sleep, it's important to devote some time to reflecting on your day as a spiritual practice that serves to keep you spiritually healthy. And so it is that we end this day with an evening practice using the violet flame, the 7th ray aspect of the Holy Spirit, to transmute density, discord, and accumulated negative karma.
