After experiencing first hand the importance of therapy, RIchard went on a quest to create a platform to make therapy accessible and affordable, in the hope that more people will be able to get the benefit of therapy. Richard worked for years in the tech industry but a number of personal circumstances had him spiralling into a dark place of depression that culminate with an attempt at ending his own life less than two years ago.
