Dr Lesley Haines is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Chair of the Royal College of Psychiatrists Private and Independent Practice Special Interest Group. (PIPSIG).

Lesley speaks with Thalamos Founder Arden Tomison about the work of PIPSIG, how she first got into Independent Practice and some of the things she's learnt along the way. Including how to find work as an Independent Practicioner, how to stay up to date with developments in the profession and where to find peer support.
