Although pastoral burnout and the reporting of it seem to be on the rise, we're still often shocked when it happens. Too often, we believe that "what you see is what you get" with leaders and we don't realize that support systems were never in place to avoid burnouts and blow ups. Peyton and Pete are joined by Christian counselor Bill Faris to talk about how leaders become vulnerable and what you can do to stay healthy.
