A 2021 goal episode heading into April? You better believe it! It doesn’t take a new year or January 1st to create new momentum and energy. In fact, this was the first time this year that Jess & I were able to set goals in a way that felt truly powerful and motivating.
We closed out 2020 feeling completely burnt out. January felt like an intense 2020 hangover. Instead of forcing ourselves to make resolutions and set goals, we stepped back. We slowed down. We allowed ourselves to just BE.
Now in the third month of the year, we’re finally setting some goals that feel GOOD. We also dive into our best advice for sticking to the goals you set.
Here’s to setting goals and bucket list dreams that not only feel incredibly aligned and empowering, but to ones that we will ACTUALLY bring to fruition. Let’s do this!
