Nutrient packed, full of essential plant chemicals, its natural medicine. Vaccination is essential, but how about we give it a little weed kick?

Part I

Nutrient Packed Culinary Weeds

Mom said to eat your weeds so next time you're in for some culinary adventure that packs a nutritional punch, give weeds a chance!

Instead of blasting your lawn and garden with dangerous cancer causing pesticides, harvest the earthy healthful benefits of these common weeds.

Delectably prepared these will infuse your body (and mind - for Part II) with nutrients and healthful therapeutic benefits.

Dandelions: only an eyesore to a artificially uniform golf course or manicured lawn while beautiful to behold it does come at a price. fresh tender greens lightly sauteed in EVO and garlic, crumbled feta Puslane: said to have more omega 3 than any other leafy green salad or stir fry succulent and crispy pepper

2 Sweet Apples (Fuji, Braeburn, Jonagold, or Mutsu recommended) apples cored and chopped

2 Peeled organic juice oranges quartered

1 cup organic coconut milk (reduced fat if desired)

3/4-1 cup water

1/2 cup ice cubes

2 scoops protein powder (Whey, Pea, other)

Sweetener to taste (Agave, honey, maple syrup, simple syrup)

8 drops CBD tincture

Makes about a quart (4 servings)
