Welcome to Season 5 of the podcast and Month 6 of the global pandemic. If you’re like the rest of the world, you are feeling out of sorts. This COVID situation is dragging on longer than any of us ever dreamed. And on top of that, your kids are probably starting back to school and everything is weird there, too. If you are struggling to feel settled in the midst of all this uncertainty, I’m offering 3 simple practices that are currently keeping me sane.

1. Connect with God

2. Move your body, preferably in nature

3. Work on your thing
