No, the chain of events is not the father's or Sly's fault it rests on the young man himself, Rocky Rambo. From what we can tell, Rocky, had a decent childhood, good family and was taken care of. Maybe it was the loneliness and isolation. Maybe it was a disconnection that rose from all the video game play. We're not sure, you decide.
