This is a pretty straightforward flow progressing to full splits while working the strength and length of your hamstrings. Along the way we'll sneak in some self-massage and eccentric contraction, which means you gotta take your time and practice patience. Because…what's the rush? You need two bricks and a massage ball (you can substitute a tennis ball, a foam roller, or just use your brick). Enjoy! (All Levels/60 Minutes)
