With so many “diets” out there now, it’s challenging to pick one that will work for you. One of the tactics that we teach our audience and Kelsey’s coaching clients is that it is not a matter of dieting forever but choosing a lifestyle that fits your needs while achieving your fitness goals. We chose four of the most popular diets out there and give you the pros and cons to hopefully help you decide which route works best for your goals and the life you want to live. A critical message that we preach is that if a specific diet worked for your friend, it doesn’t mean it will work for you too. It may take some time to figure out precisely what works best for you, but if time is not always on your side for many of you. Hiring a coach may be the best option for you.
