One of the most challenging step to get under control when you first start a fitness journey are cravings. We all get them regardless of how far we are in our journeys'. We are here to tell you that there is hope, and it does get easier with time. Will power is the key to this critical step; understanding why you make these changes and keeping your eye on your goal helps you curb those cravings. In this episode, Kelsey also goes in-depth, explaining that the cravings you are getting could be due to vitamin deficiencies due to not getting enough vitamins from your food.
