Do you look at food and think of it as the enemy that is attacking your health goals? Or that salad and think that in order to achieve success in weight loss that is all you can eat? Would you be upset if we told you that what society has led you to believe is not true? Eat that burger and ice cream sandwich! It is all about balance and most importantly understanding that food is fuel. When you think of relationships you think of family and friends. Relationships also exist with food. Ask yourself “how is my relationship with food?” If you don’t completely understand how to answer that question than this episode is going to blow you away and hopefully you will walk away learning a new perspective on food that you can implement now.
