Yes, you read that title right! Fiber plays an enormous role in weight loss. Your overall gut health is much more critical in your health than you think. Living a healthy life isn’t always on the outside, but the valuable stuff is on the inside. Many look for the quick and easy way to lose weight but skip over the necessary stuff that should be taken care of, leading to effective weight loss. Eating nutrient-dense foods should be consumed daily. To be more exact, eighty percent of your meals should be nutrient-dense. In this episode, we talk about the basic things you can implement now, then start looking at your fiber intake.
