Let us start by saying that cardio is not the key to losing weight! Great, we got that out of the way. So many of us, when we first start working out to lose weight, we go to what we know, which is cardio; we jump on a treadmill, elliptical, cycling. We do that because we are not comfortable going to the unknown equipment. There is such a thing as too much cardio where it works against you, and the weight loss you are seeking to lose doesn’t happen. In this episode, we discuss cardio types, how much cardio to do, and so much more. If you find yourself in this situation where you are not losing weight yet you are doing more cardio than ever; then this episode is the one for you.
