My guest for this episode is Kel Galavan, otherwise known as Mrs. Smart Money, a mindful money mentor and author of the sell out book ‘Mindful money, more money, more freedom, more happiness’.
In 2018, she walked away from her 16-year career as she felt that her children’s childhood was passing her by, and she wasn’t around to see it. She knew there had to be a better to balance work, money & life. Kel embarked on a mission to make the remaining income work as hard as it possibly could. This drive resulted in a No Spend Year where she succeeded in reducing her family’s outgoings by €27,500 and had the best year of her life.
She now uses what she’s learned to helps others build the life that they deserve by applying the power of mindful spending and focusing on building the life that they want.
