Today I'm riffing on whether or not it's a good idea to have a FREE facebook group when you have another paid membership. There are a few different scenarios that make it useful and then a whole bunch more that could make it a tricky situation.
Like what if there's not enough differentiation between your paid and free groups, because you've been delivering too much inside the paid group. Or the paid group becomes the wild west because you are no longer putting as much time into it.
I talk through all these scenarios considering when it's a good move and when it could be difficult and how to plan for those challenges.
