200 | Will Power Has Nothing to do With Why Your Habits Aren't Sticking

Episode 200 | I'll be the first today I have no will power. In fact in my Human Design, it actually shows that will power is nada. Ahhhh I felt so validated learning that. So then, why am I able to choose and create so many new habits successfully? First of all, there are a ton that take me forever. I have some habits that are less than stellar and maybe even a little embarrassing, too. BUT the good news is that even if you feel like it's been impossible to create a new habit, I think today's episode is going to give you some perspective that may help you go at it from a different angle. It has certainly worked for me. Here's a little of what I share:
- Understanding how the brain is connected to habits.
- Redefining what consistency actually means.
- A technique that will make habits more sustainable and long lasting.
