10-Minute Grounding Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety and Stress Relief

Hello Friends, and welcome back.
Many of us find ourselves living either in the past or in the future, and we often forget to live the moment that we are in. For this week’s meditation we will focus on being more present by practicing grounding. Grounding helps us to be more in touch with the world around us, and provides a multitude of benefits to our minds and bodies. Among other things, grounding can help us to get better sleep and to reduce stress and anxiety. So sit back, get comfortable and prepare to truly be.
