Meet Will Van Zyl, wellness coach and founder of Axiom Measurement and one of the highest-rated Wim Hof instructors in the UK.

South African born and raised, we learn how Will spent much of his childhood exploring the forests, rivers, and African savanna.

Will discovered the Wim Hoff method and met the great man himself attending one of three of Wim’s intensive training modules at his winter retreat after his high-adrenaline corporate life caught up with him and guided him to greater self-awareness. He suffered physical trauma early in his life which led to debilitating pain, we learn how he coped and where the experience led him. Rocket Pod’s co-creator James Cuss, had the pleasure of being coached by Will in the Wim Hoff technique, it totally blew his mind. We discuss the impact during the interview.

We learn of the link between performance and well-being and how to develop resilience in life and in the workplace by implementing intentional habits into our lives. Will explains how the central axiom of good health and well-being starts from within.
