that goes beyond our usual work desk. My guest Shauna Ganes is one of those people. She will tell us what her message is and how she is doing it.
Bio
Shauna is the creator and host of the podcast Do It and Be Glad You Did, which launched in October of 2018, which serves to create useful and interesting conversations to help listeners run better businesses, while also being a space to share their struggles and create solutions. She has been in the residential real estate industry for 12 years, and is half of her father’s award-winning sales team. Throughout her tenure in real estate, she has come to truly appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit and stellar professionalism it takes to be successful and have longevity in the real estate business. With real estate being so easy to get into, but hard to stay in, she has dedicated her podcast and book (Do It and Be Glad You Did: What it Takes to Make it in Real Estate) to helping everyone elevate their game. Her platform is to raise the bar to get in, and thereby raise the reputation of the real estate sales profession as a whole, create consistent standards of practice and see everyone who chooses to become a real estate professional, shine and thrive.
