Hace ya unos 22 años que Roberto Quina ha trabajado en el campo linguístico. Es catedrático en la UMSA de La Paz Bolivia desde 1999 y ahora sigue la corriente del NeuroELT - incorporando la neurociencia en la enseñanza de los idiomas.
