#173: A New Era- Project Warman

Introducing Project Warman. A little different than what you're used to from me. Don't worry, Up Before You is a still thing(and I hear they have great coffee). But the name, "Up Before You" was limiting me in who and what I could talk about. The message simply wasn't where I wanted it to be. Enter Project Warman. This name and idea encompasses everything that I'm about. How? Why you might ask? Because it's literally everything that I'm doing rolled into one. CrossFit, Coaching, Coffee, Writing, Personal Fitness, and Adventures in life all rolled into one podcast show. Ultimately, this will widen the scope of topics and individuals that I will be able to talk to and about and thus, enhance the experience for you, the listener and fan. Bottom line is we're back. And we're back better than ever. The only way to go from here is up. So buckle up and enjoy the journey. One thing is for certain: Things will never be the same.
